With a hope of helping leukaemic patients by increasing their chance to find a bone marrow match, the project is an initiative by a group of friends to raise awareness of the Bone Marrow Donor Programme (BMDP) and encourage more donor sign-ups.

Supported by several celebrities, a short video is being produced to call for more sign-ups for bone marrow donation.

“Through the video, we hope to dispel common misconceptions on bone marrow donation. Everyone of us can potentially save a life,” said project I/C Wen Jie on his thoughts on the video project.

In support of the BMDP video project, Jaguars skipper Hafiz Osman too participated in the video production.

“I’m glad to be able to participate in this project to raise awareness about the BMDP. I hope through this project we can help leukaemic patients raise their chance of finding a bone marrow match. I’m now aware of this programme and I hope you guys will do your part too!” said Hafiz.
