Tanjong Pagar United Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Justin Khiang.

Justin was part of the Jaguars squad in 2011 and 2012 before signing for Home United in 2013. His return to Queenstown Stadium will be the final signing as the opening season transfer window comes to a close today.

“It is a great feeling to be back. I enjoyed my time at Home United but nothing beats being back at the club who first gave me my S.League debut at 18 years old,” Justin told tpufc.org. “I will be looking forward to teaming up with Hafiz Osman as I had half a season playing alongside him in 2012 when I was with the Jaguars.”

Despite still serving his National Service, Justin was glad he was cleared be given a chance to sign for the Jaguars.

“I’m lucky enough to be given this chance, so I’ll make full use of it during my time off from duty to cope with training and matches.”

“Coach Vallee has certainly made the headlines in Singapore Football when he won the S.League with Etoile FC a few years back. He is a very passionate coach with great desire to succeed at the highest level and for that, I’m really looking forward to working with him,” Justin said.

“Well, I’m the youngest in the squad…so hopefully I can get the more experienced players to guide me as much as possible and with that confidence I can help the team in certain aspects of the game.”

TPUFC welcomes Justin back to the club!
