An improved attacking display saw the Jaguars almost clinching full points at home, only for Warriors to score a goal in the 87th minute.

The Jaguars back-four remained the same, with Hafiz Osman and Anthony Aymard holding the central defense while Masrezwan Masturi and Nor Azli Yusoff guarded the flanks. All four accounted for 38 challenges won, with Masrezwan and Nor Azli winning 11 challenges each.

Depsite being deployed in right back position, Masrezwan had a pass completion rate of 72%, with 78% of his completed passes contributing to attack, the highest in the team. Sebastien Etiemble had a balanced display, winning 18 challenges while contributing 19 passes that led to the Jaguars attacking buildups.

The Jaguars had a ball possession rate of 49% against Warriors and it was the first time in many matches that the team finished with a lesser possession rate.

In defensive midfield, Sazali Salleh and Tengku Mushadad contributed 30 passes to the Jaguars attack in total and completed 92% and 79% of their passes respectively.
