Benahmed bades farewell to the Jaguars
Jaguars French striker Ismael Benahmed will be leaving Queenstown after a good season with the club.
Yesterday evening, Benahmed posted a message on his Facebook confirming his departure:
“Time to go back home. Thank you Singapore for everything. It was a wonderful moment.”
In the 2013 S.League season, Benahmed has scored a total of 11 goals across all competitions (6 S.League goals, 4 Singapore Cup goals, 1 League Cup goal), including a hat-trick against Courts Young Lions in April. He has also created four assists in the S.League for his teammates.
Jaguars faithful will probably never forget Benahmed’s beautiful volley against Hougang United.
The Club and supporters would like to thank Benahmed for all his contributions to the Jaguars, and wish him all the best in his career!
